Bosang Umbrella Fair
Bosang Umbrella Fair is a festival which is held in Chiang Mai in the small village of Bo Sang in January. It features colorful umbrellas made of paper. This festival represents people’s local tradition of hand made umbrellas and other small handicrafts.
Bosang Umbrella Fair also includes exhibitions on the main street, selling goods, umbrella contest and other interesting happenings. In the evening of the festival there is a Miss Bo Sang contest.
